GUEST SERVICES

* Ky Michaels Salon was designed for all of our guests to feel comfortable and relaxed within our salon. To achieve this environment we ask that you limit cell phone use and adjust your ring tone volume upon entering.

* Ky Michaels Salon accepts cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks for payment of services. Please be advised that returned checks will be subject to a $50 service fee. Gratuities may be added to credit card purchases for your convenience.

* If you cannot be seen at the time/day that you prefer, please be ask to be placed on the waitlist. If an appointment opens up at your desired time and date, you will be contacted.

* Guests will be required to secure their appointment with a credit card.

* Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed as gratuity.

CONSULTATIONS

* A $25 fee will be charged for consultations which are required for all new color clients. This will be credited at the time of your service.

* Color corrections may take several visits in order to for us to achieve a beautiful end result. You will be charged accordingly for each visit during this corrective process. This will be explained to you during your initial consultation prior to booking the service. A deposit of $100 will be required for color corrections. This will be credited back to you at the time of your service. 

CANCELLATION

* If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation charge. By doing this, we can accommodate guests that are on our wait list and leaves more availability to rebook your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full for the service booked. As courtesy to our guests, we send confirmation texts or emails reminding you of future appointments. Please take the time to update your contact information and confirmation preference at the desk upon arrival or departure.

SATISFACTION

* Ky Michaels Salon does not offer any refunds on services or products. We will gladly adjust anything that is needed within 2 weeks of the original service. All services re-done after 2 weeks will be charged accordingly. 

*We do not accept any returns on products. We will, however, offer a credit to use towards another product if returned within 1 week.

* All services are guaranteed by the original stylist for a period of 2 weeks, with proof of using products purchased from our Salon. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please allow your stylist to make any corrections.

DISCLAIMER

* Ky Michaels Salon is not responsible for damage to your hair due to undisclosed information regarding your past history of hair coloring, bleaching, swimming in chlorine, well-water, product usage, past home-coloring, box-coloring, chemical treatments and any other treatments. It is extremely important that all information and history of previous services within the past 3 years goes on your client intake form.

* Ky Michaels Salon is not responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color gown/cape, so please dress accordingly.  

* As both a safety precaution and courtesy to others, children are not allowed on the cutting floor unless they are having a service. Children who do not require supervision are welcome to wait in our client lounge.
