Q: Can you share any memorable client transformations that you've been a part of?
Danielle: The relationships, the clients who have been with me over 10 years. I cherish them. Anytime my client says, “I trust you 100% to do whatever you want with my hair,” nothing beats that.
Q: How do you handle challenging or difficult clients, and what strategies do you use to ensure customer satisfaction?
Morgan: I think making sure the client is validated and heard is crucial. It's all about effective communication and understanding the importance of hair to some people. Asking the right questions in the right way has helped me in the past.
Q: How do you prioritize hair health and minimize damage during styling processes such as coloring or heat treatments?
London: Our CPR and Crystal Gel treatments help remove previous color/mineral buildup. Using heat protectant and ensuring heat settings are appropriate for the type and texture of hair are also essential.
Q: What are your top recommendations for achieving volume and thickness in thin or fine hair?
Kathryn: I love to start with a good shampoo and conditioner, then use either a thickening spray or salt spray at the root to give it a boost while blow-drying. Finish with a dry volume or texture spray for added oomph.
Q: How do you address concerns related to hair loss or thinning, and what solutions do you offer to clients?
Danielle: Discussing possible changes with hormones, lifestyle, and diet is crucial. I also recommend scalp treatments to remove buildup and impurities, along with vitamins, supplements, and healthy eating.
Q: What role do you believe hair plays in overall confidence and self-expression?
Becca: Hair is crucial to self-confidence and self-expression. The key is to do your hair the way that makes you smile, regardless of trends and hair “rules.”

Q: What are some common misconceptions about hair care that you’d like to debunk?
London: People often think that washing hair more often gets rid of greasiness, and that their midlengths and ends will not be clean if not shampooed directly. However, this is false the shampoo flows to your mid lengths and ends when rinsing your scalp. The other misconception is that Keratin Treatments will completely straighten hair. False! It smooths, closes the cuticle and makes frizzy hair more manageable. To learn more about our Keratin Treatments click here:
